Refund policy
Please note that all purchases are final, non-cancellable and non-exchangeable, except in the instance of defective items. Our return and exchange policy allows for a 7-day window following item receipt to request a return.
For a return or exchange to be eligible, the item must remain in its original condition – unworn, unused, with tags and wrapper, and in the original packaging (like how you receive it, brand new). Additionally, please retain and share us the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, kindly reach out to us at hello@muiofficial.com. Upon acceptance of your return request, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted, and the customer will be responsible for the delivery costs.
We maintain the right to decline returns or exchanges that fail to meet the stated conditions. Any unaccepted packages will be returned to you at your expense, and a refund will not be processed.
Kindly note, MUI is not liable for return shipping fees or lost packages. Refunds will cover the returned items' value only, excluding shipping expenses or any incurred custom fees upon order delivery.

Damages and concerns
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / No-Returns Policy
Please note that sale items and gift cards fall under a no-return policy. Unfortunately, we're unable to process returns for these special items.
Exchanges
No exchange of item is allowed. We only accept exchanges if you receive the wrong item or defective item sent by us. You are only allowed to exchange within the same amount of purchased item and will be required to pay the difference should the amount of the exchanged item exceed the price of purchased item. There will be no refund given should the piece of your purchased item exceed the price of exchanged item.
Refunds (Defective Items Only)
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund or exchange is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
